If you’re experiencing a mental health emergency, feel unable to keep yourself safe, or need immediate support, please be aware that I do not provide a 24-hour crisis service. Instead, reach out to one of these free, confidential resources right away:  

  • Emergency services: Call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department. 

  • NHS24: Call 111 (available 24/7)  

  • The Samaritans: Call 116 123 (free, 24/7 helpline)  

  • Shout Crisis Text Line: Text SHOUT to 85258 (free, 24/7 text support for anyone in crisis)  

 

Please don’t wait for an email or message reply if you are in distress.  Contact one of the services above. There’s always someone available to listen and help.
