I cannot recommend Dawn enough. Going to therapy can be a scary experience, but having someone like her to guide you through difficult topics—with not only kindness and compassion, but also a genuine interest in you and your well-being—is a complete game changer. She has truly helped me navigate some deeply rooted beliefs and has given me the tools to understand my mind in a much clearer and more positive way.
